Narrating the image in the Algerian story “The Cave of sabouk” by: Abdallah Karroum, as an example

Abstract

When the son of the desert writes about the desert in its temporal and spatial dimension and its geocultural topography, not as those who are not from it write about it, as the son of the desert since his first cry, which came out into existence in the vast and sprawling desert space, in which geography and history overlapped with myths and the supernatural, with urbanism and forms of construction, especially ancient palaces with mud suits, and the movement of man in it was characterized by features and practices that gave him a special and unique image, this cry with which he breathed the distinctive desert air and inhaled beads Golden Sand So he writes about this unique experience, and establishes a narrative color that differs from what those who are fond of the novel and the story and its arts are familiar with the issues of the city, capitals, crowded communities and their affairs.

Résumé

حينما يكتب ابن الصحراء عن الصّحراء في بعدها الزماني والمكاني وتضاريسها الجيوثقافية، ليس كما يكتب عنها من ليس منها؛ حيث أنّ ابن الصّحراء منذ صرخته الأولى التي خرج بها إلى الوجود في فضاء الصّحراء الواسع والمترامي الأطراف الذي تداخلت فيه الجغرافيا والتاريخ  مع الأساطير والخوارق ومع العمران وأشكال البناء خاصة القصور العتيقة ذات الحلّة الطينية، وتميزت حركة الإنسان فيه بملامح وممارسات أكسبته صورة خاصّة ومتفرّدة، هذه الصّرخة التي تنفّس معها الهواء الصّحراوي المميز واستنشق حبّات الرمل الذّهبي فراح يكتب عن هذه التجربة الفريدة، ويؤسّس لها لونا سرديا يختلف عمّا ألفه المولعون بالرواية والقصّة وفنونها في قضايا المدينة والعواصم والمجتمعات المكتظة المزدحمة وشؤونها. من هنا جاءت قصص مغارة الصابوق لتقدّم لنا سردية جميلة بلغة بديعة تناسب الفضاء والحيز اختارها القاص فكان الإمتاع وكانت المؤانسة في إبحار فني ماتع.
