الملخص :   

         إهتم الباحثون بالترجمة لاكتشاف أغوار العلوم في مختلف بلدان العالم العربي والغربي عن طريق ترجمة لغتها، وفي هذا المجال كان جهاز الكمبيوتر من أكثر الاجهزة اهتماما لما له من فوائد كثيرة في خدمة العلم وخاصة اذا كان في خدمة اللغة العربية أو ما يسمى بمعالجة اللغة عن طريق الحاسوب وعن طريق ترجمة اللغة العربية الى مختلف اللغات والعكس، وفي هذا الموضوع نقف عند الترجمة الآلية  التي تعتبر قسما من أقسام الترجمة من خلال الوقوف على المفهوم والأهداف وكذا العمليات التي تقوم عليها تقنية الترجمة والتي تأخذ من مختلف العلوم كاللسانيات التطبيقية واللسانيات الحاسوبية، وتقنية الذكاء الاصطناعي، ونظريات الترجمة، وكذا نبين أهم الصعوبات التي تعيق الترجمة الآلية من والى اللغة العربية، لنختم هذا البحث بأهم السبل والطرق للتطوير الترجمة في اللغة العربية.

Abstract

 Researchers have been interested in translation to discover the depths of science in various countries of the Arab and Western world by translating their language. In this field, the computer was one of the most interested devices because of its many benefits in serving science, especially if it serves the Arabic language or what is called language processing via the computer and by translating the Arabic language into various languages ​​and vice versa. In this topic, we stop at machine translation, which is considered a section of translation by standing on the concept and goals as well as the processes on which translation technology is based, which takes from various sciences such as applied linguistics and computational linguistics, artificial intelligence technology, and translation theories. We also show the most important difficulties that hinder machine translation from and to the Arabic language, to conclude this research with the most important ways and methods for developing translation in the Arabic language.
